Home Try-Ons

We'll ship you up to 5 pairs of our frames (without prescription lenses) to try-on at home for free with no obligation to buy. Just return the frames to a UPS Ground location in the original packaging with our pre-paid return shipping label, within 5 days of receiving them.

Returns

If your glasses don't look or feel right, just send them back to us for free (we'll supply the pre-paid shipping label) and we'll give you a full refund (if you purchase multiple pairs, we'll ship you one first to make sure it feels right).

Shipping

We ship your glasses for free anywhere in the continental United States using UPS Ground. You should receive them within 10 business days.

Your Prescription

Don't know your prescription? No worries. We'll call or fax your eye doctor to get it for you. Just tell us his or her name.

Our Promise

You always come first. If you have a problem, we'll do everything possible to solve it. We don't have formal customer service representatives. Each member of our team, including the founders, is part of the customer service team. We encourage you to contact us anytime for any reason.
