Had a wonderful first time experience purchasing eyeglasses at Warby Parker Edgehill. The employees were all very welcoming. First class customer service.

Love the place and the people and the glasses.

This particular visit to Warby Parker is very important to me because if you’ve read my other review on their GREENHILLS location, I was treated so badly. However, as I’ve been with Warby Parker for more than 6+ years, never having one bad moment until now…I gave them one more opportunity, turning to the Edgehill location. This place is HUGE and the aesthetic is much nicer/cleaner. Kip single-handedly, with his welcoming energy and kindness, reversed the damage done by the previous interaction. Not only that, I purchased two new pairs of frames [Earle and Nestor] that I’m super excited about receiving. Overall, I just wanted to thank Kip again for representing the brand well, and restoring my faith in Warby Parker after such a horrible experience. Good people and great customer service are hard to come by these days, so his kindness should not go unnoticed or uncelebrated. If you’re an existing Warby customer or even new to the brand, I suggest going to the Edgehill location to get the true feel of a WP experience…the same one I experienced 6+ years ago that had me hooked.

I really enjoyed the in-store experience, loved the honesty of the person who helped me weather a frame looked good on me or not which I greatly appreciate not being told what they think I want to hear. The store itself was very clean and organized.

Great experience at Warby Parker Edgehill. There is free street parking 24/7 along with their store front spaces. Adrienne & Rebecca were so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick a really cool, fun and perfect frame for my new prescription sunglasses. I’ll be back to purchase again from these 2 knowledgeable ladies! Great selection of frames - very organized and clean store. Excellent customer service experience.

Honestly broke my Warby cherry. The edge hill location is such a beautiful location- very light and airy. Kip Kistler was very helpful and also knowledgeable of different lenses. Can’t wait to get my second pair!

I like the look of Warby Parker's frames, but there is no quality control with this company. What you try on in-store is not what you receive after ordering glasses with your prescription. I ordered tortoise shell frames, but the pair I received in the mail is mostly just black. There is no mottling or color variation at all, so they are much darker than I expected. I sent pictures to Warby Parker and they mailed me another pair, but it's the same thing -- no tortoise shell pattern. Also, I had this same issue several years ago when I ordered this same frame -- they had to send a second pair. Now, that pair is a couple years old and the blue light filter is flaking off, so they aren't the most durable lenses.

I came there with my family. I bought a lot of glasses and I am a repeat customer I ask the old lady working up there is any discount for 4 glass she answer me with simple nope .. and I did ask her to look for me for one but she’s wasn’t interested to help I looked Muslim I was with my family but is fine we end up buying 3 glasses one of them prescription After one month from waiting for the glass for my daughter, no one contact me or anything and I kept calling no one helping me after someone answer me and looked at my problem, they asked for ask for extra money..
