Comprehensive eye exams cost $95, take about 20 minutes, and are provided by Dr. Faz Hashmi (NJ #27OA00665100), an independent optometrist at Warby Parker. Dilation is available for an additional $55, and contact lens prescriptions and fittings are available for an additional $55–$75, depending on their complexity.

Dr. Hashmi accepts credit and debit cards (including FSA and HSA cards) and can also provide an itemized receipt in case you’re planning to apply for out-of-network reimbursement through another vision insurance plan. If you need to reach Dr. Hashmi’s office directly, call them at 906.285.2255.
