How do I submit my prescription?
During checkout, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your eyeglasses prescription to your order; you can either snap a picture or scan it in. If you’ve decided to send your prescription later, email the image of your prescription to [email protected] after completing your purchase. If you prefer us to contact your doctor, we’ll take care of getting your prescription details.
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. (Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.)
When will I get my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete (do we have your prescription?), and when you place it. We’ll give you an estimate of your order’s turnaround time right after you submit.
Can I get my glasses expedited?
If you need your glasses in a hurry, call us at 888.492.7297, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET daily, to talk about expediting your order for an extra $30.
How do I set up a return?
We want you to love the look and feel of your new frames, so if they fit anything less than comfortably, let us know! Adjusting your frames can often improve the fit, and we’re happy to do that for you at any one of our retail locations for free. Find a location near you here. Do you accept insurance as payment for my eyeglasses?
We’re an in-network provider for vision plans through UnitedHealthcare as well as for select employer groups through Davis Vision. You can learn more about using your insurance benefits here.
