My first use of Warby Parker. By far the best of all places I've purchased eyeglasses over the past 30+ years!

Walked in knowing exactly which glasses I wanted. Ron was professional and knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed in about 15 minutes. Then he cleaned and repaired my current WP glasses. Great experience!

Quick, professional, and personalized experience! Glasses really are a part of our identity and I appreciated excellent customer service from the staff, especially Ron. He saved my selections, for a new job, when I had to step out and come back. They even stayed late when they didn’t have to and I wasn’t rushed out, it meant a lot.

Visiting from LA. Walked into this location with glasses that got bent crooked in my Luggage, they not only fixed my glasses no charge they gave me a case for it. “When they’re not on your face, they go in the case” regarding my glasses. 🤓

I was always intrigued by your commercials on tv. But hesitant to deal with trying them and then dealing with shipping back if I didn’t like them. I happened to drive by your store in Albuquerque and I had time to stop and shop. I was surprised at how comfortable they were and the selection and frames at $95! The staff was very helpful and informative. They were able to verify if my insurance would cover the lenses and they were not covered, but I purchased the frames

Finally found fashionable eyeglass frames at a very reasonable price! The customer service was excellent, the other sales woman I talked to, friendly, and Imani was quite helpful & honest while picking my frames. I LOVE my new eyeglasses! Definitely recommend.

Great in-store experience today! Excited for my new glasses, as they will be my second pair of WP glasses. First pair lasted 6+ years, and would have lasted longer, but it was time for an update!

A wide variety of glasses frames were on display. I did not have to wait to see a sales associate. And the prices were very affordable.

I had a lovely first time experience at Warby Parker! I was immediately greeted & helped out. Taasha rung me up & was so kind & answered all my questions. They are pricey but I love that they donate a pair of glasses for each pair purchased.

The store itself is in a great location, good selection of more affordable glasses (with insurance), got them very quickly about 4 business days later. The problem was the staff. We went there 3 times and every staff member had the same attitude; we were inconveniencing them. One employee pointed to a box of wide frame glasses on a shelf and said "figure out what you're wanting" and walked off. Leaving us to pull out multiple boxes trying to find what she was talking about. Not a great way to treat people who are spending money in your store. We had to dig through cases, boxes and never got help. The glasses themselves come in the mail quickly and haven't had a problem there. They have great warranties but it was such a hassle. (Not to mention they keep mailing me try on frames over and over again)

great selection of eye glass frames, even for small adult faces but prices are HIGH! out of my league. staff is friendly and helpful.

The crew there is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I have no reservations in recommending Warby Parker Uptown ABQ.

There should be a sign that says they don’t do exams and they don’t even have a optometrist on site. They only sell glasses! Customer service is a joke. Just a big room full of glasses and judging by other reviews full of employees who don’t even want to do their job.

Great service, prices and frame availability!

Visited the store with my fiancé today and we must have tried on 6-8 pairs each, she was ready to buy at least 2 pairs. The two women working couldn’t have been bothered to greet us, let alone see how they could help. They were falling all over the other two couples in the store, one of which walked in after us. We walked out and will not be back to this location and probably will not give our business to Warby Parker going forward. 9/30/23 around 12noon…talk to your staff.
