I walked in , was looked at and not greeted. I saw a pair I like so I’m going to drive to a different location and purchase.

Needed an eye exam + new glasses and they took care of me like I was family! Everyone at this location was SUPER friendly & the environment was very welcoming. 5 ⭐️ experience all around!

I was working on a construction site next door and needed glasses and an exam ASAP because my regular glasses got damaged to the point of being unusable. They were able to get me in for an exam the next day and the process was great. I ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses ordered and the lab ended up having some trouble grinding the lenses on one of the pairs so there was a delay. The manager did a great job keeping me informed of when to expect my glasses as it went over the 7 to 10 day delivery time. I ended up completing my job in Atlanta and flew home to Wisconsin before they arrived and the manager set up next day delivery to my home once they were completed. Even though I was in a hurry to get new glasses because my eyes are so bad, I'm glad to see they have good quality control and won't just send out glasses that fail their standards and call it good. Kudos to the customer service. I'm very happy with my new glasses.

My experience at Warby parker today was amazing! Staff are all very helpful and always smiling! They gave me all the time to try as many frames as I want. Atondra helped me out and she was AMAZING! Very attentive, sweet, nice, funny and she really gives you her time.

Top notch customer service!!! We needed help on our way out of town and Zarinah went into action and fixed my daughters glasses within 5 mins. We truly appreciate her kindness ❤️

I had the most amazing experience here. Torana, the store manager was so helpful. I had ordered contacts from the store earlier but hadn’t received them and she was helpful in getting me replacements, and a few days worth of contacts to hold me over. Probably the best service I’ve received

The staff, Me Sam, Rachel and Torana, are both personable and knowledgeable - particularly with my being a first-time Rx glasses wearer. Mr Sam is great with frame adjustments, and advising on what fit works best. Thanks y’all! Ponce City Market doesn’t allow parking validation, but this WP location is worth it.

The customer service was fantastic! Zarinah was swift in assisting me and was very helpful. She helped pick out my son’s frames and he loved them! I’ll definitely be coming back when I purchase my next frames.
