I am a novice glasses wearer and started going to Warby in Williamsburg one month ago. I've returned a few times to size my glasses, etc and every single time I've been in that store I've experienced the best customer service. Everyone there is knowledgable, friendly, and more than willing to help with whatever you need. The frames are gorgeous and their process is efficient. Highly recommend!

Update: On Martin Luther King Jr.'s holiday, I was met with full on agitation/aggression at the customer waiting area by Julie Siegel (Optician) over adjusting the stems of the purchased glasses (glasses are almost a year old). My only regret is not walking out the store before handing over my glasses. The 4 year patronage with WP ends today and NYC Consumer Protection was alerted for further investigation of the visit and her inappropriate demeanor. In their public reply, WP stated they will contact me, especially to help recover my missing case for glasses left behind at Optician desk during visit and warranted abrupt exit. It's been over two months and no reply.

Love the attention and purchase experience

The whole process was very easy and the service was great! Julie was extremely helpful with choosing my frames/lenses. And the price blew me away so I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses. I never had more than 1 option before! I’m very excited about my new glasses and will definitely be coming back.

The BIGGEST shout out to the sales representative Lindsay at the location at 124 N sixth street for helping me once again. Right off the bat she remembered me from a few weeks prior when I was simply browsing around scoping out some new frames (my poor unkept glasses probably was a giveaway lol). She was very professional and courteous. Thank you for making my shopping experience absolutely amazing.

Went in to Warby Parker Williamsburg location to choose my first pair of glasses ever. I was assisted by Lindsey who was very knowledgeable, patient, listened to my needs, and answered all of my questions/provided information on lenses and services, but also gave me space and time to decide.
