Alita’s customer service was truly above and beyond- she helped me select some fantastic frames and was just so patient, helpful and kind. I am a novice glasses wearer and started going to Warby in Williamsburg one month ago. On Martin Luther King Jr.'s holiday, I was met with full on physical aggression and agitation at the customer waiting area by the peculiar woman Optometrist or Optician on duty, over adjusting the stems of the purchased glasses (glasses are almost a year old). My only regret is not walking out the store before handing over my glasses. The 4 year patronage with WP ends today and NYC Consumer Protection may be alerted for further investigation of the visit and her inappropriate demeanor.

I have been buying glasses there for at least 5 years. I recently purchased two pairs of sunglasses and when I came to adjust them, I signed in and was informed I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, when I asked how much longer I had to wait, I was informed that the lady doing adjustments just stepped out without informing anyone and nobody knows when she will be back but it might take a while. Poor communication and service. Unfortunate that one person can spoil the whole experience.

One of the optician, Julie is super RUDE! She needs to be trained how to provide customer service. I usually have pleasant experience with Warby Parker employees, but not with this person. Not sure if she had a bad day or she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
