Wish I could give more than 5 stars to Chelsea! Accidents total happen and there happen to be a hiccup with my order getting shipped out. I reached out to customer service and was very disappointed with how it was handled. I decided to go back to the store where I bought the glasses and see if anything could be done. Chelsea was so helpful, offered to look into my case and was very empathetic. I was about to write off WP glasses moving forward but Chelsea saved the day! WP you need more individuals like Chelsea!

The team at Warby Parker curated an incredible shopping experience for me - from several staff welcoming me as soon as I walked in, to being willing to pull the ridiculous number of frames I wanted to try on, to offering opinions on what best suited my face and style - the entire experience felt personalized and personal. I cannot recommend Warby Parker at Barracks Road highly enough. I was completely blown away by how hassle-free the experience was. As someone who wears glasses every day, I rely on being able to have a quality, yet stylish pair of glasses - and Warby Parker had the most affordable budget-friendly glasses I have ever purchased! I can't wait to go back and add additional pairs to my collection!

The 3 gals working on Wednesday, February 7th @ 5:30 pm were beyond the nicest I think I’ve ever encountered, anywhere!! They were beyond helpful and I am truly thankful for such amazing help in selecting new frames. I just wish I had gotten their names! I hope all 3 ladies see and/or hear about this review and know that I am extremely grateful for their kindness, knowledge about the products and willingness to help me decide when I’m a very indecisive person. (Especially since my husband & daughter weren’t much help. lol) I truly mean it when I say I’ve never experienced such great service anywhere before. Kudos to them and the management for employing such amazing people!

I really appreciated being so well taken care of by Charles. Within minutes he adjusted my glasses and made a special effort to see that I was completely satisfied. Thank you!

Very informative and efficient team. They were super helpful and made my glasses purchase easy.

I wanted to check out an additional option than my optometrist’s office. I saw Warby Parker through ads and Google searches. I found a store near me. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive. It was within two hours of closing on Saturday, and, despite it being crowded, someone helped me within five minutes. One of the sales associates suggested an area to look. After looking at several pairs, I ended up with the first pair I tried on. It is a comfortable environment to try on glasses.

Very organized, many styles of frames to choose from. Many of the frames come in different widths, just ask the associate if you like the frames and want to check on a different size. They were able to search for and pull up my prescription from another opticians office. Friendly, no pressure. Now that I've been in the store I would be more willing to buy their frames online also

This was an amazing experience. Me and my family went to get eye exams and new pairs of glasses. The workers there created an outstanding environment. I felt like I could ask all the questions I wanted and they were patient and thoughtful with their responses. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you James, Julie and holly.

Without a doubt, the most customer service orientated opticians I have ever come across. "Bending over backwards" is an understatement for the entire staff. My RX changed and the option to get a new pair at no cost had expired, yet even though I had gone beyond the period that most places allow, Warby Parker made the exchange for me. Also, I have trouble making decisions and it did not matter how long it took, they were extremely patient and I never felt rushed, mainly because they have enough staff that are extremely knowledgable that no matter how busy they were, I was assured I could take my time. I purchased two pair of prescription glasses, one sun, one regular. I highly recommend Warby Parker of Charlottesville. Joseph Kolsby

My first experience at Warby Parker was terrific. Holly and Chelsea were incredibly helpful. They are professional and put service back into the term 'customer service.' They know their inventory well and were able to assist me in finding the frames from a very large selection. Thanks to them, I was able to choose great new glasses, make choices about lenses and delivery, and place the order efficiently and quickly. I never felt rushed. All questions were answered promptly and completely. I saw them interacting with other customers in the same friendly and professional manner. I look forward to received my news glasses soon.
