I had the best eye exam with Dr. Boyd today. I had an eye exam few days before with another doctor outside warby parker with a new prescription which did not feel right! Decided to check it at warby parker this time. She took time to listen to my concern and make sure I get the right prescription! Il never go anywhere else for eye check.

The optometrist was very approachable and gave me clear and detailed answers. She also took note of all my concerns and addressed them by giving me some very useful recommendations.

Great staff and selection of frames. The eye doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very satisfied with my eye exam and frames chosen. Clean store very organized and easy flow. Not over whelming at all. Prices are comparable to other eye places.

Doctor made me feel very comfortable with his dad jokes and also expertise and tips surrounding recovery from procedure. The whole team made you feel safe and calm during the surgery as well.

I was on vacation with a free afternoon and had been meaning to get new glasses for a while, so I stopped in here on a whim. Dr. Vianna Ha gave me a thoughtful, caring exam and took her time to make recommendations both for my glasses and my contact lenses based on my lifestyle needs. I've had my new glasses for a few weeks now, and the lower prescription she recommended that I use during the day (I work on a computer) has already made a big difference with the headaches and tension I had been experiencing using my full-strength prescription all day. I was a little nervous to get an eye exam with a large chain like this, but Dr. Ha is a top-notch pro and her evaluation has saved me a lot of pain. Thank you very much for your care and kindness!

Usually I have great experiences at Warby Parker but I will not be returning back to the Fulton location ever. I came in yesterday to try on frames during my lunch as my insurance kicked in this week and I was excited to update my glasses. I came in around 3pm and was not greeted or engaged with the entire 15-20 minutes I was there. Upon returning today, I was still not greeted but figured once I made it known I was ready to purchase someone would speak to me. I walked towards the back of the store where all the employees were with frame in hand and stood there for about 2 minutes still with no engagement. Frustrated, I just put the 2 pairs of glasses on the counter and walked out. Really unapproachable and non attentive staff, most were scrolling on phone or literally had backs towards me. I will not be back to this location.

The staff at Warby Parker is consistently amazing: helpful, patient, empathetic. My mom purchased glasses a little over 6 months ago. Then had an accident (fell down the stairs)a few days ago and scratched the lenses. The staff at this same store took them back without question (although it’s just outside of warranty)and will expedite a new pair. My whole family buys glasses at Warby and we’ll continue to do so.

I’d avoid this location altogether unless your idea of a good service is a stank eye and snubby vibes. I purchased a pair of Amari sunglasses 4/9 5:00pm, and felt as if I was pulling teeth trying to get an adequate service. I understand there’s no commission or an incentive to be friendly, but is average human interaction too much to ask for? Later, came home to a missing lens cloth in the lens case. I don’t know what happened to this store, but the three visits I’ve had previously had also been awful, which make me think this isn’t an offhanded experience. Do better Fulton, do better.

Of course, with COVID everything is very organized and they have their own procedure. Its for everyones safety. Other than that, the staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. They make you feel super comfortable with the process. The only problem you'll have is.....picking out a frame. So many! I'll be coming to this location again.

Let me start by saying that I love Warby Parker and have purchased many pairs of glasses and sunglasses from them. I usually have great experiences with helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately, this is not the case at this particular location. The manager or supervisor, is not friendly or professional. I came in to return a pair of glasses which I did not like, ordered on line and it was not a good fit. He did accept the pair back but his service was so abysmal that I immediately left and ended up not purchasing a pair to replace the one returned and another pair of sunglasses. Would not return.
