Store is very clean and laid out efficiently. The staff is nice and welcoming. When getting an eye exam, Dr. Kirsten Brady was very kind, informative and thorough. The only slight drawback to their exams here is that the chair for exams and/or the inability to adjust the height of the eye chart makes it somewhat difficult for taller people to take the exam due to needing to hunch over. This can easily be fixed, though.

Although the store was very busy when we visited, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional.

Happy with the cost of my frames. Half hour drive was well worth it!

Amazing experience! Hands down the best eye exam I've ever had. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and the exam was thorough but quick. I was able to take my time after the exam picking out which frames I wanted and it was very easy to check out. Even though I was out of network for them, MJ showed me how to submit for reimbursement through my insurance afterwards which I really appreciated. The store was clean & welcoming, I will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Terrible service. I would never go back. I have ordered glasses on line at Warby Parker and have had a positive experience. I went to this store on a Tuesday at about noon. I wanted to get another pair of glasses and already had my prescription on file. They were short staffed and of very little help. I pick out my frames and the gal places my order. They were same glasses I got before but different color. I went outside and look at my receipt and it was $100 more than it was before. I go back in and she goes "oh I got you the upgraded progressives. It looks like you just got standard before. " Since I got standard before it seems like you would ask me before charging me an additional $100. She supposedly cancels my order and orders the standard. Later that day I received 2 emails that both my glasses were getting produced. Both??? Yep she never cancelled my original pair and now I had 2 pair of the exact same thing in production just a different progressive. So then I have to call and get a customer service agent to assist and she goes oh yes you do have two on order. I would never go to this store again. Run away.
