I have driven by before and the shop appeared very busy, so I went at a time when no one else was there. I was helped immediately. I had the type of glasses I wanted in mind, so I was easily directed to the selection of that type they had onhand. I picked my glasses fairly quickly from the selection. After that, they measured me for the glasses, looked at my prescription and ordered them for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, fast, efficient service. The quality of the glasses is consistent and I am always happy with my glasses. The hardest part is making a decision!

The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Oliver was the gentleman who approached us. He’s very nice and was spot on with some of the recommendations. Both the wife and I were in and out 30 minutes ish. Would definitely come back.

I went into this store today to try on some frames I saw on TikTok. The two ladies there were very helpful and even brought out some frames from the back for me to try on! They helped me pick my selection and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be back to purchase more frames.

Buying glasses from Warby Parker Heights location was easy, fast and pain free. Our sales person was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had great attitude (rare to see that anywhere nowadays). WP's frame selection was vast and their prices affordable. My glasses are as complex as they get and they had an option for everything I needed. I'm super happy to have given this store a try. I stopped on impulse, but, as long as they keep their winning recipe going, they have gained a customer for life!

I recently placed an order for 2 pairs of eyeglasses from this store, and let me tell you, the salespeople seemed all smiles and sunshine, giving me the impression that this was going to be one of those rare, flawless in-store shopping escapades. However, my tryst with Warby Parker has left me beyond exasperated. They had the audacity to assure me that my order would grace my doorstep within a mere 7-10 days. Fine, I thought. But just as I was counting down to the last moments of that timeline, I get this infuriating email, a virtual slap in the face, informing me of an unforeseen delay. I didn't take this lying down, oh no. I dialed up their so-called "customer service," if you can even call it that. And what do they tell me? A masterpiece of incompetence. Apparently, there was some grand revelation during their oh-so-crucial final inspection, prompting them to hit the reset button on my order. The wait time? Another torturous 7 to 10 days. Can you sense the seething frustration building up within me? Now, let's talk about their customer service. Oh, brace yourself for a jaw-dropping display of ineptitude. "We're sorry" seems to be their magical mantra, repeated ad nauseam. I dared to suggest a refund or perhaps a smidgen of a discount as compensation for this saga of inadequacy, and what did I get? A flat-out "no," followed by an "it's not possible." Really now? If you can't seem to get your act together, why, oh why, did you charge me the full price? It's a simple equation: either deliver what I paid for with the utmost competence, or if that's just too much to ask, have the decency not to empty my wallet so unceremoniously. I refuse to be held hostage for a month, enduring a painfully elongated wait for a pair of eyeglasses. It's an affront to common sense, courtesy, and customer loyalty..

Warby Parker is the most amazing place to buy glasses. I have gone to other locations every day this week; spent between 1.5 to 2 hours in each store only to find out that the store did not accept my insurance; or that the cost of the store's glasses was twice as high as WP - and then their staffs act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. The "virtual try on" that WP has on its website almost eliminated shopping time in the store because I was able to ask for the 2 designs I liked from the website, tried them both on and made a purchase in 15 minutes. If I had not had a store in my area, they offered to ship me up to 5 pairs of frames at no charge that I could try on if I could not go to a store. This company is customer friendly and they go out of their way to show it.

Love this store! Always such an amazing and quick experience. Came during lunch break and was able to order myself some new glasses and still have time for lunch! Employee was so sweet and helped me pick the ideal frames for me. 10/10
