I loved how easy it was to set up an $85 eye exam on their website. Once there I was seen on time, had near and far prescriptions, eyes dilated with a thorough exam (by the very patient, informative optometrist), and new glasses ordered through a helpful sales associate. All in a very short period of time. Lots of styles & lense types to choose from! The store is a lot of fun! And I like how they make sure you are happy with what you get, both with the process and the glasses you choose. It was important for me to know that if the new glasses don’t work I can return them for full refund within 30 days of receipt as I have never bought prescription glasses before and they aren’t cheap. I also like that if you scratch/break them they replace lenses free for 6 months. It’s great that they are sent to my house too, as I live out of town. If you have an FSA or HSA you can pay with that too. I didn’t know until later but will buy future glasses using my HSA!

I went in looking for a new frame and was unpleasantly insulted by how thick my lenses were in my current frame. The worker lady aimlessly commenting on something she knows nothing about and quite frankly didn’t care about my health situation as to why I needed thicker lenses. As somebody whose job is to assist, guide, and to overall be of great help in someone’s choice to choose Warby to get a new frame, she did the complete opposite. I left getting no new frame and heavily insulted by her comments on my prescription .

Needed to find a place that did pediatric eye exams. Found this place online. The eye doctor & staff was extremely nice throughout the entire process. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. Explained the process the entire time for my 6 year old & the results. Had a great experience.

Please contact the senior management with me, as when I requested the discount, they informed me that they would contact security in order for me to leave, knowing that I had previously purchased approximately 20 glasses from this store, but in other locations.

The optician was thorough, kind and professional. The optician referred me to an ophthalmologist and I likely need cataract surgery. It's good that they find these things early so they can be treated as soon as possible. My husband got reg. glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend.

Came here for refraction and glasses. Staff was super friendly and helpful.Check in process was easy and quick and I did not wait to see Dr. Esmali (sp?) My exam was thorough and she made sure that I was comfortable during the exam. There were so many frames to choose from! My husband was with me so he was helping me decide which frames to choose, but one of employees made suggestions which helped the process. She was in no way pushy but was readily available when I had made the decision. I was surprised that the cost was so much less than my previous pair of glasses and no one tried to sell me extra features that I didn't need. I was pleased that glasses were guaranteed for such a long period of time, especially since I had a bad experience elsewhere and they refused to correct my lenses even though the mistake was theirs. Not only will I come here for exams and glasses, I will spread the word about my experience. Thank You!

Roberta was wonderful and efficient with helping me find frames. I’d recommend any customer to visit and work with her. However, her coworker (seemingly a white male or white Hispanic male) was not at all warm, or friendly. He actually avoided us when we entered the store.

The Highland Village store is beautiful and well laid-out with a huge selection of frames to choose from. Travis, my sales assistant, was most helpful, well-versed on the selection of frames and led me to the exact ones I was looking for.

The store is easy to find, the fun mural on the outside is hard to miss. There was plenty of parking available. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and assisted immediately. I had already browsed online so I knew which frames I was leaning towards. I used the online virtual try on and I must say it was a close match to trying on the frames in person. After I picked out my frames the associate walked me through the different lens options, I paid, and I was on my way. The experience was quick and I look forward to receiving my new pair of glasses in the mail.
