This location offers comprehensive eye exams for glasses and contacts. If you've never worn contacts before, we offer complimentary training (with any order) on how to insert, remove, and care for your contacts.
You don't need anything but your eyeballs to peruse and try on our frames. If you're planning to purchase prescription frames or contacts, it's helpful to have a digital or physical copy of your current prescription. If you'd like to pay with an FSA or HSA card, remember to bring that along, too.No prescription handy? Not a problem! You can come in just to browse, shop for non-prescription sunglasses and accessories, or can book an eye exam at most locations.
We're in-network with several major insurance carriers, and we also make it easy to use out-of-network benefits. (Coverage may vary by location or plan.) Get all the details here.
Yes! We can take any optical measurements needed to complete your order—and if your frames don't fit perfectly on arrival, an optician is available for adjustments.Plus: Every Warby Parker frame comes with complimentary adjustments for life. Swing by any time for a tuneup.

Whether you purchased online or in a Warby Parker store, we can help you out.We also accept returns and exchanges for contact lenses within 30 days of purchase if they're in their original, unopened box.
Yep, at all of our New York locations! Come in for a 15-minute DMV Vision Test with one of our licensed opticians, no appointment needed. The test is $25. (If you don't pass, no worries—we can schedule a comprehensive eye exam for you.)

The service is very inconsistent at this location. I’ve never been to a Warby Parker with poor service until I visited this location. There is one gentleman who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone else needs customer service training.

I had a great experience in your store!! When I received the two glasses that I ordered online and they were both in the wrong prescriptions, I thought that I would have gotten some of resistance to the exchange. But I did not. I was able to exchange both for the correct prescriptions and received the glasses in the mail about 5-7 days later. I wish I could remember the young Filipino customer service employee and the optometrist’s names because they were both very friendly and helpful!! Because of this experience, I would purchase glasses from Warby Parker again!!

Salesperson was helpful in finding a frame. Time process was aceptable in recieving glasses.Upon fitment, thats a different story. Told and showed him the lenses were loose in the frame. He looked at them and attempted to tighten them. They were still loose.He said ,I've been doing this for fifty years. HA ,I been wearing glasses for the same length of time. And yes I know how to use progressives. Was unhappy with his comment. Went to the Roosevelt Mall store. Explained my delema and another pair of glasses are in process. Except for that one man, your stores are clean,help is curtious and helpfull.

Went to Warby Parker at the Walt Whitman Mall for new eyeglasses. I was very happy with the large collection of styles, colors and prices of their eyeglass frames. We were met with a hello as soon as we walked in and got help immediately with styles and had questions answered. Great experience and I will return and recommend friends and family to use Warby.

Such a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker at the Walt Whitman mall. Cherly and Daniel were absolutely phenomenal, caring and patient. I was Having some complications with my new glasses and getting lots of headaches. Daniel and Cherly were so calm, cool and collected with helping me and adjusting my glasses correctly. They even asked me for my old glasses so that they can make the new glasses have the same identical fit!!! Such a game changer - so grateful for caring people who truly take special care of their customers. Thank you Daniel & Cherly! Thank you Warby Parker! You all rock!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
