Top notch service, best eye doctor ever. Seamless!

I had a wonderful experience getting an eye exam and two pairs of glasses here. Dustin helped me through the whole process from greeting me on entry, booking an appointment, selecting frames, and placing my order! Dr. Nguyen was cheerful and worked me into his busy schedule. Kat is great with fashion and is so fun. They are a great team, and I highly recommend them!

I transferred my families prescription to Warby Parker La Centerra location because of Dr Nguyen. He is thorough, patient, articulate, knowledgeable, handsome and very easy to work with. The staff is welcoming. The store is clean and bright. Most importantly, the fees and glasses (though limited in styles) are reasonable. Unlike other private practices whose goal is to gain as much profit as possible from the patients. Warby Parker stands true to its mission which is to provide best eye care at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The Warby Parker at La Centerra was very helpful today. Catherine helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and she fixed two pairs of older glasses. My trip there was very quick, easy and I left feeling great about visiting this location of Warby Parker!!!

Excellent expert advice for children myopia

I seriously can't express how much I love this place. Been coming to this location since they opened last year and WOW they're the coolest place to get glasses! Modern store, wide selection of modern, stylish frames, customer service is always on point and Dr. Nguyen is the COOLEST! Seriously he's so friendly, energetic and makes great conversation to keep the eye exam process stress free and fun. He even remembered my husband and I from our visit with him form last year like cmon that's so nice! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! Just ordered my 3rd pair of glasses from here today (:

Great customer service! Wish they have more options for narrow glasses

Customer service was attentive and friendly. I was allowed to browse at my own pace and make my final decision on frames. The staff member educated me on the product lens, frame warranty ,delivery process, vision reimbursement, return policy etc. The buying process was extremely easy.. The store was very well lit with tons of natural light and mirrors for demo.

Went in a couple weeks ago to get my prescription and I had the most amazing experience with them! I highly recommend them. The doctor was VERY informative and attentive to all my questions/needs. Amazing customer service from the front desk as well.
