I was nervous about trying Warby Parker online, even though I knew people who had great results. Since this purchase would be mostly out of pocket, I wanted to go into an actual store. I was glad to see we have a couple local options. The staff was great. Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful with explaining the process and what other services they offer, like the eye exams. I wasn't able to buy the glasses on the day we went in because I needed to wait until January when my benefits renewed for the new year. However, I chose the frames I liked. I went back in mid-January, showed them the frames I wanted, showed them the emailed Rx from my eye doctor, placed the order and we were out the door in no time. I was told that they'd arrive by 1/30 at the latest. They arrived 1/20! I was a little nervous because the Rx seemed way off. That came from my own eye doctor, and he changed it a bit from the previous Rx. Everything was blurry. I put them on the next morning and everything was clear as a bell!!! I guess my eyes were tired & dry from using my iPad for too long on the day I first tried them. So in the end, my doctor's Rx was perfect and Warby Parker fulfilled the Rx perfectly. I love my new glasses. They are quite cute. The fit was perfect. I didn't need to get them adjusted, which is unusual for me. It's like these were made for me!

Great service and so easy! Was greeted right away. Not hounded but aware that assistance was available. When I was ready I was helped right away and the process was so fast and easy. Will definitely go to the store more often!!

I believe how a company handles things that aren’t correct define them. The team at WP in Los Gatos fixed my lenses. I had worn my glasses but sadly not close enough to a store when my glasses arrived. One reason WHY I used WP for the second time. My progressive glasses had been made to high therefore distorting all my long distance. It was awful. I went into Los Gatos and the woman realized this had happened. Since some time had passed they were somewhat reluctant to send them to have them remade. In the end the sent them back, new ones were mailed back to me. I am thrilled! My glasses are perfect and of course I love the selection of frames you can get at WP. Thank You!

This was a good experience. The appointment was easy to make. The optometrist was on time - the last place I went to (not Warby Parker) the doctor was 45 minutes late. The eye appointment was about 20 minutes - I had picked a frame, paid for the appt and glasses and was out of there in 35 minutes. The glasses arrived 5 calendar days after my appointment. Maybe everyone else won’t have the same experience. But these days when many services are late, incomplete, require extended follow up and are generally unhelpful this was a good experience. Would def recommend.
