I live an hour away from this location. The staff was extremely nice. They worked me in for two separate eye exams. Shanice’s customer service was outstanding. I will be back for future eye care needs

I had a great experience getting an eye exam and buying glasses. They make the experience hassle free, enjoyable and more affordable. I also really appreciate the 30 day exchange or return policy to guarantee that you are happy with the product. Josh at the East Cobb store was amazing to work with. I highly recommend getting your eye exam and glasses/contacts at Warby Parker.

First time in a store was great! I was able to have an eye exam within the hour. Great selection and seem super quality. Richard knew everything! Was very informative & knowledgeable! Sara Lee was awesome with my exam and made me feel very comfortable & gave lots of information regarding my eyes.

No one responds to phones or emails. My contacts arrived and I had to wait 3 weeks to even get someone on the phone to let me know I could pick them up. I went to the store again to pick them up and they then told me i needed another appointment and would not give me my lenses. The staff was dismissive and took no responsibility and never once apologized for the major inconvenience that this whole experience was. The worst eye experience I have ever had. I recommend going anywhere else.

Friendly team members greeted me and one was able to help me immediately. Clean and well-organized store with a wide array of frames on display. The one I wanted was found quickly. They did some measurements on my pupils and also for the progressive prescription. Easy checkout. Really a smooth operation all around.

Great Experience! The store is so clean and welcoming. The staff were great and the doctor explained everything throughout the eye exam and would answer any of my questions. Prices aren't crazy for glasses and the exam. I would recommend for anyone trying to find a new and fresh eye doctor environment. I was tired of going to all these other places that were always rude and seemed like they didn't care.

Store clean and staff very friendly. I only waited a couple of minutes for someone to assist me. I purchased two pair of glasses and the young lady was extremely patient and helpful finding just the right frames. She went to the back several times for different colored frames/lens so I could make a decision. While the store was busy I did not feel rushed. I was in/out in 20 minutes. Prices were better than my Eye Dr and a better selection than either the Eye Dr. or Costco.

The process is easy. Order the ones online to see what you like. Go into the venue and get your proper RX for your eyes. Order based on your preferences. Wait...not to long though. Yay! Mail day! Check em out and if needed go back to venue for a proper fitting. Cheers!
