Fast and easy. I visited multiple times in a week because I’m super indecisive but every time I went in they were very nice and helpful with what I needed. i was also given genuine opinions when looking for the right frames which I love!! I chose two frames and checkout was nice and speedy!

I was very pleased with my service today! This is my first order and it was a great experience for me. I was able to find a couple of frames that I really liked and was given many options to try. I look forward to receiving my glasses in a couple of weeks!

Just walked past and decided to pop in , ended up getting an exam for glasses and contacts. I also am partially blind and the eye doctor (sweet older lady) helped me balance out my vision. Kaila was also super helpful she helped me with the glasses portion of my visit which I ended up ordering. All associates there were great at customer service and just being nice in general :)

Walked into the store just to look, but ended up walking out with a couple pairs. The staff was knowledgable, courteous, patient and all in all just nice to work with. Made the whole process super easy and I’ll definitely be back.

I walked in not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I had looked at purchasing a pair of prescription sunglasses at a major chain and was given prices ranging from $380 to $695 using my insurance. I thought I would check Warby Parker since they are one of the providers listed in my benefits from work and I got a pair of frames that I liked, with top of the line progressive lenses with anti glare and scratch coating, for $120 copay. The optician that assisted me, Lori, gave me her undivided attention, asked me what style of frames I was looking for , what I expected to achieve with my lenses, and walked the store with me, showing me glasses, giving me her thoughts , and ultimately helping me make an informed decision on my purchase. Will I shop here again? Absolutely! Will I recommend friends and family? Without a doubt. My advice to everyone thinking about going to Warby Parker is don’t go in pre judging them. Go in and take a look around. Let them help you . You are t going to get designer brands here but if you want a good looking pair of glasses that get the job done for a reasonable price, this is the place for you.
