Great experience - I’ve been assisted by Ulfat and Neena on different occasions and they were so patient, attentive and helpful! The service at this store is exceptional! I casually walked into Warby Parker after browsing some other optical shops, but am so impressed with this brand I won’t waste my time elsewhere!

Making frame shopping easy. So many frames to chose from in a well designed layout. Loooove the hundreds of books top to bottom. Very creative and inspirational. The staff is really kind and attentive. We will come back and i'll recommend going there to others

I cant recommend this location enough! I've had the BEST service experience there this week. I went in to do a prescription check. (My regular optometrist was going to charge me $165 for a basic exam of which my insurance only covered $50 - here they do it for $95. )The Optometrist Tanjoet was great! She did a thorough exam, explaining every step as we went and answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions!). Since I only recently purchased 2 new pairs here - I was hoping I wouldn't need a change of prescription, but I did. I was dreading having to dish out more $$. The manager Andrique was super helpful right from the get go. She listened to my situation and promptly went about helping me.They were able to replace the lenses at no extra charge and made the entire process hassle free for me! I left the store feeling like a valued customer. What more could you ask for? This doesn't happen often these days so I HAD to write a review. Thank you Tanjoet, Andrique and all the staff at this location. P.S. In addition to the service - I had shopped around and chose Warby because of the style selection. They also had the best prices at the time which is why I bought 2 pairs.

Great glasses and shades at better prices than most places. I've unsubscribed from receiving emails from this company many times but still getting emails. Contacting support wasn't much help either and now I'm stuck with receiving emails. If anyone else is having this issue just keep it to "spam" or "junk" or just don't provide your email, it's only optional.

My recent visit to Warby Parker Square One was absolutely delightful! I came in to have my glasses re-adjusted, Alba assisted me during this process. She was kind and so knowledgeable with all of my questions. Because of her I ended up purchasing another pair! Such a fun experience, I am definitely a happy customer and will be back again!

I had a great experience at Warby today. I felt welcomed. Even though it was busy I was helped right away. I found some great frames, and the process was so easy! Highly recommend this brand and location! Alba is lovely- you should request her!

I was helped by a woman named Judy I believe and she was so so kind and helpful. After finding a pair of glasses that I like, on my way out she handed me a handmade paper crane and it was so sweet and thoughtful. Would totally recommend this place for nice quality glasses too that offer a great return policy.

WP glasses are great; I drove all the way from Kitchener to visit the store with the intention of purchasing a new pair. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I was in the store for a while and no one greeted me or asked if they could help. There were 4–5 people working and almost no customers. After about 10 mins, I asked someone for a tray to carry the frames I was considering. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, she pulled out a shelf that was built into the cases and walked away. Okay...A bit later, I had some questions about the glasses I had selected. I looked around for help and saw two women at the cashier doing a word search on paper (the kind my 87 year old grandma used to do in the nursing home). I was so incensed at this point that all I could do was laugh. At that point, one of the women noticed me and tried to hide the word search. She asked if she could help me and when I told her how unhappy I was about the customer service, all she could do was say, "Can I help you?" over and over again. At that point, I did not want to be helped by anyone in that store. I ended up buying glasses at Clearly; the frames were not as luxe but the customer service was excellent despite the store being a lot busier.
