Had a great experience with them from beginning to end during a very rainy evening. Seamless check in for my appointment and as I waited Rachel was nice enough to help me select frames. My visit with Dr. Amin was thorough and seamless. Frankie was also very nice as I waited for my exam with the doctor.
Overall, a great visit and highly recommend. I know it’s a busy location but overall great, personalized service.

Upon entering the Warby Parker store in Rockefeller Center today, I received a warm greeting from the staff. They worked together seamlessly to assist customers, and eye doctor Ashmeet stood out with her positive attitude and informative demeanor. This was the most thorough eye exam I've had in 46 years, and Ashmeet took the time to explain my eye health and even showed me imaging afterward. Without a doubt, the best service I've experienced.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I made an appointment for 10:35. I was told don't be late! I show up on time. I was told "oh sorry. The optometrist is running late. Just 20 more minutes " 20 minutes later I am told "just 10 minutes more" now I am late for work. A bunch of liars! DON'T SHOP HERE! Plenty of eyeglass stores in nyc. Go to Cohen optical. Go to a local. Service here SUCKS!

This is my first time at Warby Parker and I was very impressed. The eye exam was the efficient, and I felt totally at ease. I was impressed with the cutting edge technology they use I was also impressed with the selection of eyeglasses and the prices. I have never been to an eyeglass store with such a great selection. The woman who worked with me, Vicky, was phenomenal. She offered to Bring out additional pairs of glasses to try on, which she correctly assumed I would like, based on what we looked at together. She was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, Took her time with me and made me want to come back to the store next year for my next pair of glasses. This might be the most enjoyable purchase of a new pair of eyeglasses I have ever had.

What a wonderful experience at Warby. Dr. Huang gave me a complete exam and suggestions for my dry eyes. I appreciate that she gave me a few pair of tester contacts to take home best part is I can see. Rowena helped me place the order for my years supply of contacts and helped with my glasses selection. Rowena went above and beyond to help me select the correct frame and to streamline my checkout process.

They are running a shady operation. When you go for an exam they will tell you “your exam with imaging will start in a minute.” Then try to charge you for imaging you don’t need. Tell them no to the retina imaging because your eye exam includes a traditional scan anyway. I was not offered dilation even though I had not received an exam in two years, which is wrong.
In terms of purchasing glasses, they would not fill out my insurance reimbursement form because they said that “dispenser” information requested on the form means you can only have the form filled out when you pick up. That’s….obviously not correct. Dispenser is the person who is selling you the glasses and inputting them in the system. There is no pickup.
I honestly have had good experiences with Warby before, but between trying to bait and switch me in extra exam costs and the inability to fill out a form (that doesn’t cost them anything) I can’t honestly say they are worth your time anymore.
Additionally, the vibe in the store itself is very bro-ey. It’s uncomfortable to shop there.
Please save yourself some time and don’t go here!
