Super super super helpful and professional. Kate and Clay did a great job with a fairly complicated issue I was having with my glasses. They found a solution quickly and efficiently helped me beyond my expectations. Also just kind and intelligent people. This kind of experience makes me glad I bought my glasses here and I will continue to. Also Sidenote these kinds of experiences are why every brand must have an actual store. No technology can replace an actual human with empathy and problem solving skills

The salesperson who helped me was Robert. He was friendly and patient with me. He didn’t rush me and helped select a few options for me to try on. I was pleased with the frames he selected and ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses to take advantage of 15% off. Everyone at this store was friendly. They have a good selection of glasses at reasonable prices. I was pleased with my first experience at Warby Parker and see myself shopping here again.

I have an old pair of WP glasses, I needed nose pads for. They were so so kind here! Kate did a great job and went above and beyond. She replaced my nose pads, straightened the arms, and did a deep clean. She was quick and kind. Definitely recommend this WP location!

I had a wonderful experience at this location, I’ve had bad experiences with pushy salespeople while shopping for glasses in the past, Warby Parker was nothing like that. The store was well organized with friendly staff. Erica in particular was so so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a couple new pairs of glasses I adore and I will absolutely be back to work with her next time I’m in the market for new frames!
