Warby Parker on Washington St in the heart of the MeatPacking District offers top notch customer service from the greeter, to the optometrist, and the sales associate. I highly recommend checking them out when you’re in the area, even if you’re not in the market for prescription glasses. They have wide selection of sunglasses as well!

Warby in Meatpacking. The professionals at this location were so friendly and helpful! Loved our dog and he loved the attention. Ended up picking up an extra pair of sunglasses on top of glasses for the fam.

Very upset, just received my prescribed sunglasses, they’re the WRONG glasses. Called their 800 number and was told that order to get a refund I will have to go to one of their stores to return WRONG glasses (as if I were going to keep the wrong glasses). Was going to take new glasses with me some n my trip next week but obviously can’t. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to take a ride to their store. NOT HAPPT AT ALL.
