Excellent professional courteous service today at Warby Parker Grand Central. I was able to try on a few frames and found the ones I liked for reading and for sun glasses. I highly recommend Warby Parker Grand Central.

A place where I bought stylish eyeglass frames, even in the previous two days I had bought some great designer frames at another optician on my visit to NY. My girlfriend also found beautiful sunglasses here, which did not make her doubt herself.

We highly recommend Warby Parker Grand Central for 2 very important reasons (1.) STAFF and (2.) wide variety of frame selection! I was there 2 Sundays ago! I met 2 staff members who were working in front of the store who immediately answered all my questions, e.g., how much are the frames, progressive bifocal lens, transition sunglass features and shade choices, 15% discount if you purchase 2 glasses (me and my cousin), how long would it take for glasses to be made, and etc. Yesterday, on Friday, my cousin and I walked in and purchased 2 glasses and was assisted by Assistant Manager who assisted us with purchasing the right frame selection (she became our personal stylist), progressive bifocal lens, transition sunglass features and shade choices, and 15% discount for 2 glasses purchases! The Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed, and humble! We were in and out in 30-40 minutes! We highly recommend Warby Parker Grand Central for their amazing staff and wide variety of frame selection and we would certainly buy there again!

They are amazing. I always had difficulties to find a good pair of eyeglasses with my wide face and small nose. I picked 3 pairs of glasses from the store, and asked the optician which ones fit me. She immediately gave me the best answer, and I purchased them. I think her name is Barbara if I remember correctly. I also wanted to change nose pads to smaller ones and adjust angles after I started using them a couple of days later. I came back, and she did a great job. She said I always could come back if I have any issue with the glasses. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

absolutely horrible service from the guy in the reception area. They should remove him from the reception area as no greetings to customers, very rude response when customer ask about the price. after buying the item, this guy just told customer “you are good to go” not even offering a bag for the sold item. worst experience ever!!!!! Go home if you don't like your job!!!!

Everyone at the store was super helpful and kind. They were also very honest about what didn't look good on me when I was unsure and telling me the reasons why, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience.
