Azari, was honestly amazing! He was knowledgeable on the products, cost and how and if it may differ based on prescriptions etc. He was so welcoming and gave off nothing but good energy. I’m an aura person, so this matters so much to me. We walked in confused, and walked out confident. Warby has options that are endless and the styles are iconic. Highly recommend checking this place and location out.

This store is fabulous. The staff is amazing, the prices are great, and there's a large selection of contacts and glasses to choose from.

This was my first time visiting this store. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly young man, security guard was at the door. There were 3 young ladies in the middle assisting clients and one at the desk. Each one greeted me which was nice. The Doctor came out of the back greeted me but I assume she was the assistant. My mistake. Dr. Leslie Gauntlet, came out to get me and was the most friendliest optometrist that I have ever had. I use to go to Pearl vision then Eye encourage for years and no one has been that nice, caring, patient in a long time. Most of the time they rush you in to get to the next client. Dr. Gauntlett too her time and explain Ed everything to me as her first time patient I will be back. I also love the fact no more yellow drops that burn and blue light in your eyes. They are advanced. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Had a marvellous experience at Warby Parker! The store, the selection, the prices and the staff were outstanding!!! I am so pleased with my selection .... can't wait to get them ! I told at least 3 people on the way home !!!! I will definitely be going back !

I came to Warby Parker for an eye exam for the first time after having purchased glasses here previously. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for almost 20 years and seen a few different eye doctors! Dr. Jane Yoo was so kind, personable, and knowledgable. She heard my concerns about my eyes being dry and helped me find a different brand of contacts that is already so much more comfortable! She gave me such a thorough exam and was so patient when I couldn’t tell if one way or the other was more clear. I really felt like I was in good hands and honestly just so pleased with the whole experience. As usual, the person who helped me after the exam place my order for my glasses was also so kind and knowledgable as well. 10/10 experience and will definitely go back for an eye exam!

Great store, GREAT staff. I actually had FUN getting an eye exam and new contacts! I have only had glasses for 1 year and my first exam at another provider was rushed, they ignored me when I said it was still blurry, and I always felt like I got the wrong prescription for my right eye. Dr. G at Warby Parker on Walnut was the exact OPPOSITE! She listened to me, made adjustments, used more tests and up-to-date equipment to determine my prescription and when I put the new contacts on--AMAZING! Like seeing in high definition! I also got new frames because their glasses are so stylish, comfortable, and affordable. Overall phenomenal experience and I will never go anywhere else for my vision needs!

When I walked into the store I was greeted. I explained why I was there and the associate and I picked several frames for me to try. I got his opinion on three that I liked. We agreed on the same one. I asked about darkening lenses and he showed me 3 kinds. He was so nice, very patient, and extremely helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

The staff were so kind the minute I walked into the store. The doctor was even more amazing. She is so kind, personable and will even make you laugh by being hilarious. It felt like I was visiting a friend instead of being in a doctors office. Cannot recommend this place more!

Loved my first eye exam experience at Warby Parker! Dr. G and receptionist Avari were really well informed, welcoming and efficient. I appreciated every bit of the experience. They helped me find great frames that fit my look and face. I’d recommend them to my friends and family!

I had an eye exam and purchased two pair of glasses, one progressive and one prescription sunglasses. It was a totally enjoyable experience from start to finish. I had accidentally booked two appointments accidentally and Adolf (one of the store salespeople) called me about an hour later and said they had an opening. I ran over. Extremely thorough eye exam, followed by about an hour of try-ons. They never got impatient (I can be a bit difficult lol) assuring me if I didn't like them I had 30 days to return or change them. A special shout out to three of the staff, Adolf, Nyla, and Nate were great to work with. (Candace from the Ardmore store gets some credit here as well.. I stopped there first to try some things on). Dr. Thomas Ravas was awesome! Answered my many questions and recommended a few things I could do to take better care of my eyes. All in all my experience at Warby Parker Walnut St was one of the best retail/service experiences in a while; seamless. I told them it felt like shopping at Apple (the gold standard of retail, imo). Without hesitation I highly recommend them. Gold star for WP.
