I just walked into browse for reading glasses. The gentleman was very nice helpful showed me different styles. I really enjoyed the experience.

I purchased a new pair of glasses at warby Parker. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They even helped me choose which style looked best.

The sales assistant was very helpful in helping me choose the right frame for my face Since I purchased new glasses- she was able to add to my purchase a pair of readers at a very low price. Checkout was a breeze.

Terrible experience at this store. We weren’t helped in any way, I asked if I could return my glasses that I bought online to the store. They said no that since I started the process online I would have to return using the shipping label. The woman then pulled up my account and started showing her colleagues my account almost as if making fun of my previous purchases / recent returns. I have been an avid Warby Parker customer for many years. I would never go back to this store, I felt very uncomfortable. Staff were incredibly unfriendly and vibes were terrible

I had my eyes examined again thinking I had a problem. I took my 2 year old glasses and yours. Telling doctor I am losing vision. Your glasss showed a very weak progressive glass. This is why I was having a problem. My $600 glasses are useless. Beside having a lot of fear your glasses never made the grade. Please send my money back and I will send you my glasses. My eyes are fine and my 2 year old glasses work fine. Do the right thing.

After having two sets of frames sent to by mail to try, I was able to discern what shape I didn't want and the size I was going to need. But going in, in person I was able to look at even more colors. While I was there I was able to get an exam in too!

Warby Parker is a rare example of a company that actually delivers what they promise. The eye exams are great, the glasses are excellent, and the store staff is fantastic. After many, many years of dissatisfaction with the big box and boutique stores, I will never buy glasses again anywhere other than Warby Parker. These folks deserve your business. You won't be disappointed.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. A brief standing tour was given, and I was off into the frameland of the store to select my glasses. So many from which to choose, but the system of style placement was explained, and my fabulous frames were found. I asked if the particular frame was available in other colors, and voila! My salesperson arrived holding just the frame what I wanted. That easy, that quick. And the price was right, too.

Response to owners comment: I already have lodged a complaint with Laurie Parker, and they are going to be addressing the store. I will never enter a Warby again. For the love of god don’t go here. The “optician” put my Lenses into a pair of new glasses, and curved the lenses to squeeze into the frame. It caused so much eye pain for the entire week, I had to go to two different eyeglass stores in order for them to tell me that the optician at Warby Parker had just shoved in a pair of lenses that were too big for the frame. When I eventually went back to Warby Parker, they told me the same thing. They told me I could see the doctor in half an hour to review my prescription, as that had also been incorrect. So I waited for half an hour, and then the doctor said she wasn’t gonna see me and I could come back another day. I started walking to the back of the store to get my contacts, because I had taken them out for my exam. And this large woman who worked there lunged at me, as if she thought I was doing something other than going to get my contacts? Her coworker and I both said to her she’s just going to get her contacts. It was a total nightmare. Warby Parker refunded everything and also offered me a free pair of lenses and sunglasses. Just don’t go here.

Eye exam was quick and identified the needed new lens prescription. Doctor very knowledgeable. Excellent frame selection available and can view on-line prior to visit.

A great experience! I love Warby Parker and have worn their glasses for years. I’m very happy I can now get my eye exam in the same place. Not only that, but also the optometrist and opticians are highly skilled, caring, and helpful. The exam prices are reasonable for those of us without vision insurance, especially the glasses exam. I learned while there that if you shop in store, you can have any frames made as sunglasses!

It was, as usual, a great experience. Was having new glasses fitting.
