Salesperson very patient, helpful and k knowledgeable.

I went to get the free eclipse glasses from them, but they were out of stock. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication they showed to their customers, even though I wasn't there to make a purchase. Everyone was so sweet and suggested different options for viewing the eclipse in a better way. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating for their customer service and sweet nature.

My wife and I went to the Short Pump location on March 28th, My wife had an eye exam and selected her glasses. At all times the staff was friendly and courteous. Prior to coming into the store I verified with my insurance company that my Vision Insurance was valid at Warby Parker. When it came time to complete the transaction I was told that my insurance was not accepted and I had to pay “up front” and that I would have to submit the bill myself. Three days later I checked and my insurance set up a three way call with Warby Parker customer service and was told the store made an error and I ended up getting a substantial refund to my credit card. It is too bad that having a great experience turn sour because management was not aware or did not take the time to properly execute the sale. OH, one more thing the eye Dr. on site is independent and will not process your insurance and you must pay up front there too and submit to your insurance company.

Quick eye examination and friendly customer service is rare this day but the people of Warby Parker make sure customers are heart of their business model. Great service, I highly recommend to anyone for their optical needs, check it out!
