What a lovely experience at the UTC Warby Parker. We just happen to be in the area returning some items when I realized there was a WP here. I had been waiting for the first of the year to use new FSA funds, so they stars aligned! The team was welcoming, intuitive, and efficient in helping me find a new pair of glasses and sunglasses. They even cleaned up my horribly scratched non-warby parker pair I have. I will never buy a non WP pair again.

I had a wonderful experience here. Kathy helped me find the perfect pair of prescription sunglasses and prescription glasses. I didn’t buy them right away. I visited other stores in the area and decided that Warby Parker had my style and the best prices. At the end of the day I went with Kathy’s recommendation and I’m very happy with my frames and how much I paid. Kathy was friendly knowledgeable and organized. She helped me figure out my PD because it wasn’t on my prescription. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend buying glasses here. My sister got Gentle Monster wayfarers and I got Warby Parker Barkley. They are practically the same pair of sunglasses but I paid 100 dollars less and mine are prescription while hers are not. I like my frames over hers. It’s hard to beat what they have to offer. I had heard a lot about Warby Parker as they give away free glasses to those in need and are involved in several social initiatives and hence I wanted to support them as a company and that was the reason I visited the store. Much to my surprise not only it is a great company it had an awesome collection of glasses and the staff at the local store was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend everyone to visit the store as you would not only buy some cool glasses, you would be supporting an awesome company that is good for people and the planet.

This store has very stylish frames - for 100+. Store is clean, bright and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. Sales staff does not follow you around. Will shop again.

Went in to purchase two pairs of prescription glasses. What I like is their friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and the ability to try on as many pairs as I want without feeling rushed.

Great customer service, very helpful. Made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

I decided to try out WP by my mom's suggestion, as she had a great experience at another location. They have lots of options, varying in style, color, and material, and the associate was really supportive of my taking my time to really find what I liked. I ended up with two pairs, including prescription sunglasses, and even before my insurance reimbursement it was cheaper than I usually spend at the optometrist. I'm very happy with the results as someone who got used to getting whatever fit and wasn't too expensive. Rush shipping was fast and I had them within a few days. The only issue I encountered is that one of the two associates who assisted me didn't let me know that I couldn't get blue light filter on ultra high index and just removed it without making me aware, but online customer service was so helpful that I'd feel very safe making future purchases here, even if something small goes wrong. Overall everyone was friendly and I appreciate that they got excited with me, the choices were great, and the prices were really reasonable. I would suggest this as a fantastic option for anyone who wants lots of choice without giving up trying frames on

This was my first time using WP. I had an excellent experience. I purchased progressive lenses and needed to exchange them for an adjusted prescription from my own optometrist, not theirs. Everyone from the store staff to the phone customer service were friendly, helpful and understanding. I will definitely be back.

I came in hoping to use an older frame to order a new set of prescription lenses, but I was told that while they do not repurpose older frames, it was still okay to order exactly the same type frame at a 30% discount. The whole ordering process took just a few minutes, and I got a great deal on a brand new pair of eyeglasses! Super quick, super friendly, super deal!
