My first time at Warby Parker and I seriously loved every pair of glasses I tried on! The associate who helped me was amazing and helped recommend glasses and was patient with my indecisiveness. I ended up getting a pair of sunglasses + regular glasses, which was totally worth it because of the discount when you buy 2. If you’re looking for quality glasses that look amazing on, you have to go here!

The Pros: - Location is clean, organized, and well-lit - Staff are cordial - Prices are quite reasonable The Cons: - Lack of customer education - Lack of proactive information exchange - Sparse selection of low bridge glasses - Optometrist's inconsistent schedule This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses, so I had no understanding for what I should be looking for in terms of fit. I was not asked by the staff about my prior knowledge, and I did not know what questions to ask. I ended up purchasing a pair, and when it arrived, the glasses kept sliding down my nose. Before I took them to be adjusted, I began researching about how glasses should fit, and discovered the option of low bridge. For reference, I am Asian, and many Asians use this style; however, this was not brought up during my visit. When I went for an adjustment the first time, they said the optometrist wouldn't be there until later. I called ahead before the next time I attempted to go, also finding out that you cannot contact the store directly; instead, you have someone who reaches out to the different locations for you. Once I was able to see the optometrist, not much more was offered in terms of information or service, even when I asked directly about low bridge. Since I did not have the right kind of style, the adjustments were not helpful. At this point, I decided to call Warby Parker's customer service. I discussed my experience, and the person I spoke to agreed that the low bridge glasses were the most likely option for me. They don't carry much in terms of selection, but I was fortunate to find a pair I liked. After I received them, I wanted to get them adjusted, and once more called ahead to check the optometrist's schedule. I was told that they would be there all day, and to come at any time. When I arrived, the staff told me that they left on their lunch break (which is well within their right, but simply not communicated about beforehand). At that point, I decided that this store was not the place for me and to return my order. One pair of glasses isn't worth this much hassle.

Jenelle & Alex were amazing! They were super knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. All the things that I consider to be of paramount importance in a customer service driven environment.

This place either needs more people to work here or a number system for following up on customers. They would help the pushiest client only, and ignored two of us that were here obviously first. The poor reps here were overwhelmed without a way to really triage what was happening or how to help them and in which order

Have visited this store in the past but was never able to find glasses that fit (I have a very narrow bridge and a high prescription). Today I found a super cute pair, and bonus - WB glasses are about one third the price of what I typically pay, not because I want to pay that much - just because my lenses are crazy expensive, and so are high quality, light-weight, stylish frames. Fingers crossed the quality of these glasses measure up. If they do - I will be a loyal customer.

The optometrist was very skilled and knowledgeable (and friendly!), answering questions I had and making sure I understood various issues. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 hours of consulting the schedule online. The store was what looks like a converted small house and was very comfortable and classy. The selection of frames was just right and the in-store assistance was very helpful as well. Perhaps the only issue is whether it will take standard shipping at 7-10 days to reach my house or whether that is just a very conservative number.

Best customer service around. They even helped me find the perfect frame for my face shape.

Friendly, effective, efficient advice by highly competent advisers. The cost of these high quality glasses is about half of what I was offered elsewhere, and the guarantees beat all other stores. I have become a lifelong customer at this store after my visit to it yesterday.

I wanted to buy from Warby Parker because of their use of recycled materials and their buy a pair/give a pair policy. Was thrilled they had a store I could get measured and frames fit rather than pure online experience. The online try on option saved me a lot of time at the store—though it was so pretty and laid out so well, it would have been very easy to shop in directly. Terrific staff—helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient worked very well together!

I recently heard about this place and found one close to my residence. It was clean, friendly service and super easy! I was astounded by the low prices, I highly recommend to all!
