If I could give less than one star I would. I visited the Lehigh valley mall location today when they opened at 11. I have never shopped in a physical store before, but have browsed at their online selection in the past. I had high hopes of a great experience, but boy was I wrong. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I looked around at the selection of glasses and also needed a pair of solar eclipse glasses. I walk to the front counter as I see there is a bowl of them. The two young girls working the front could not have more of a sour piss attitude. When I asked for a pair of glasses they told me to not take from the bowl and to wait. I listen to what they said and waited. The one girl rolled her eyes and aggressively reached over and grabbed the pair for me and threw them on the counter. I understand retail can be exhausting, however I was in there at 11:03pm when they opened at 11. There was absolutely no reason to give that negative attitude that early in the day, or in general period. I will never ever step foot in that place again and they should be ashamed. Take your money elsewhere with better customer service.

I visited the Warby Parker location at Lehigh Valley Mall for the first time recently, looking to purchase a new pair of frames. My experience was very unfriendly and off putting, as the worker who approached me at the door was rude and unpleasant. I simply wanted to try on various styles and see how they looked in person, so I could purchase them online, though the negative attitude I was met with made me walk out of the store immediately. I am disappointed and this left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s not that difficult to be polite or even kind.

Props to Dave. We went to repair my sister’s new glasses, a special low vision prescription but the frames didn’t fit and a lense kept falling out. Dave warmly greeted us old school and kept working on the glasses until they were right. Alice Sills Young is one happy customer.

My experience at Warby Parker was fantastic! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The ordering process was so quick and easy. I am so excited for my new glasses and sunglasses to arrive. I’ll definitely back!

Didn't have a good experience at Warby Parker. Received no help with glasses even though I asked. My prescription was put in incorrectly and when I pointed it out, was told that they would catch it from my prescription. Couldn't see out of the bottom third of my glasses. 3 stars because customer service was helpful and let me return the glasses for a refund.

Such a wonderful experience! You feel "at home" when your in a Warby Parker store. The Warby experience is NOT stuffy like your typical vision care store or independent Eye Doctor. The staff and Doctor are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. You can easily find several pair of glasses that look great. I left happy, knowing that I got a thorough eye exam and 2 pair of eyeglasses at an affordable price!

So impressed by the HUGE selection and the $99 price that included the prescriptions! Glasses will be sent to my home. Easy return, if needed.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! We came in to try on glasses and the staff there, specifically Sherri went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. She gave us personalized recommendations, answered all our questions, and made our toddler super comfortable by giving him kid glasses to try on. He might’ve had a better time than we did! From the moment I walked in the door, I had total confidence that this was going to be a satisfying experience and that I would leave with a purchase. The store is 75 miles from my home so I am so happy that I will have the perfect glasses in less than a week. This was my first WP experience and it was totally amazing. I never really believed that I could purchase top quality glasses for under $100.00! Since my cataract surgery I only need glasses for reading so my new prescription for single lens allowed me to fall in that category. The selection in that price range was so varied in terms of shape and color. The staff found just the right fit and fun new color for me. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

First time coming to Warby Parker, and I have to say it was almost fun. The selection was huge, the environment was friendly and professional, and the lighting was perfect for viewing the product on my face. I was quickly greeted when I walked in, the assistant payed attention to what I was looking for and he provided me with several proposals. As the process continued, I really enjoyed and appreciated how the assistant stayed with me and continued to work with me through the entire process, and he genuinely payed attention to what I liked and disliked, which allowed the process to quickly evolve to a completely satisfying experience and the purchase of two eyeglasses. It truly was a wonderful shopping experience.

Beautiful store, friendly and knowledgeable associates, great selection of frames and affordable prices. Sherri was a great help and gave her honest feedback about different frames. I will be back to see her for my next pair of glasses.
