Redeem it at warbyparker.com or at any of our retail locations. Once you find something you like, apply your gift card code during checkout.
Can I return a gift card?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your gift card.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Call 888.492.7297, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET with your gift code—we’ll update you on your card’s balance!
When will my gift card expire?
What if I don't use up my whole gift card?
The unused portion of your gift card will automatically self-destruct. Kidding! It remains on your balance and can be used toward any Warby Parker purchase.
How long will it take for a gift card to arrive?
Your gift card will arrive in five business days.
Can I ship a gift card directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! Fill in the shipping address field with your recipient’s address during checkout, and we’ll send the gift card there. (If you are purchasing multiple items that need to be sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place those orders separately.)
Do you sell gift cards out of your stores and showrooms?
Yep. Physical gift cards are available for purchase at Warby Parker HQ, Greene St., Lexington Ave., Washington St., Newbury St., Buckhead, The Standard, Hollywood, Abbot Kinney, Hayes St., the Warby Parker Frame Studio, and Warby Parker Classroom.
How does the e-gift card work?
It is a virtual version of a regular gift card; it works exactly the same, except we deliver it via email.
When does the recipient receive the e-gift card?
When you order an e-gift card, you can select any date within the next three months for delivery. They’ll receive your virtual gift and message that morning.
Do you offer bulk/corporate orders?
To purchase Warby Parker gift cards in multiples (quantities greater than ten), send an email to email@example.com.
Can I order gift cards in other denominations?
Call 888.492.7297, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. ET, to discuss your options if you’re interested in a gift card at a denomination other than $50, $95, $150, $295.
