  • Exceptional Service

    Coll

This is the second time I have used Warby Parker and both times the service has been exceptional. Always greeted with a smile and they were very helpful with helping me pick out my choices. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

  • They are just ok

    JLY77

I like the design of the frames, but the special lense that I paid extra for makes it seem like I am looking through binoculars backwards, everything looks far away. I would not be able to wear these while driving, luckily only need them at night after removing my contact lenses.

    Morjana

This was my second pair from WarbyParker. I ordered the Daisy frame in tortoise shell. The quality is fabulous and my glasses were delivered ahead of schedule. My glasses fit great, feel great, and I am satisfied with the company, the product and the service.

  • My Favorite Glasses

    Veka

I received my prescription glasses from Warby Parker three weeks ago and they just weren't right. Returning to Warby Parker's Arlington, Texas, brick-and-mortar store 400 miles away, I found an associate, Tatum, who made everything perfect. She was so helpful in replacing my frames within minutes and fitting them perfectly to my face. My husband says I left the store with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you so much, Tatum!
