    I truly appreciated the patience, understanding, and excellent customer service I received from the representative and supervisory staff when I called about my contact lens on Tuesday. Their kindness and professionalism overwhelmed me, as I don't often encounter such compassionate service nowadays. Phil remained calm and composed, and when he couldn't resolve my issue, he sincerely apologized and kindly handed me off to a supervisor who handled my concern graciously and with empathy.     The fit is great, but the lenses move within the frame when I clean them. I took them back to the store and asked the associate about that. He said they should have never left the lab like that. He tried to shrink the frame to fit the lenses but they still move. The associates I worked with when ordering the glasses were excellent.
