  • Nice light fit

    Spike

It is a nice fit with the added grips on the arms of the frame. I also appreciate how the medium frames help me in my daily focus. Since my retinal surgery in 2014 I have needed to wear glasses daily mainly to keep distance vision in focus and these lighter frames are a comfort all-day wear.

  • Terrible Service!!!

    June

Frame is fine but Warby Parker did not take and responsibility for the wrong progressive lenses and answered my concerns.

  • No help with Progressive lense problem

    disappointed in WP

I was talked into progressive lenses. They made me fill dizzy and gave me headaches. I was told by Warby Parker to give it time. So I continued to try and got headaches. Then I contacted them to say it was not working. They said oh it is too late to do anything about it. Ah. My last pair of Warby Parker glasses.

  • Great Value

    Jon's

The frames and the service are a great value for the money. The in store representatives do a terrific job. They have the best selection of frames. Most places in a doctor's office have older frames that sit there for years at expensive prices.

  • My First Warby Parker disappointment with qualit…h

    Madison

I purchased a pair of Callum bifocals and prescription sunglasses in June. When the glasses arrived I knew something was wrong right away. I could see the lenses grinding around the frame when I looked in the mirror and through the glasses I saw a halo in each eye. I promptly brought them back to the Warby Parker in Madison. The Optician was so helpful. Recognized the problem immediately and expedited a return. I am still waiting to receive my new glasses but I am sure they will match previous Warby Parker quslity

  • Made a mistake

    Michele

I made a mistake getting these glasses as they were sunglasses that I asked to use my prescription in. They are not all that comfortable on my face all day long

  • Great Frames!

    Mikey Slacks

If I like something, I often buy more than one. In this case, I bought three pairs of Callums in the same size and color. You never know when a Warby Parker frame will be discontinued and so I took no chances. The frames themselves are incredibly lightweight, comfortable and (I think) look great on me.
