2025 at a Glance

In both our social mission and our eye care business, we crossed several major milestones this past year.
Statistics highlighting the company's growth and social impact: 4,036 team members, 47 new stores, 25 million glasses donated, 60,000+ glasses distributed to schools, 15 new collections, and 18,164 lbs of plastic saved.

Community

To date, our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program has served individuals in more than 80 countries and provided over 25 million pairs of glasses to people in need. In 2025, we launched a collaboration with Bloomberg Philanthropies that will enable the distribution of glasses to millions more people in need worldwide—and double the impact of our Pupils Project in select cities, providing free eye exams and glasses to students around the United States.

In 2015, we created Pupils Project, a program that works with local organizations and government agencies to give free vision screenings, eye exams, and glasses to schoolchildren—for many of whom this is their first pair. This model helps eliminate barriers to access by providing free prescription glasses and meeting children at school, where teachers are often the first to spot vision issues. Ten years in, we’ve provided over 350,000 pairs of glasses to students in over 40 cities across the country.
Pupils Project in 2025: 245,610 screenings, 65,282 eye exams, and 61,068 glasses provided.

Environment

We believe that our business can do well while doing good in the world—and that those two goals are intertwined, not at odds. As we grow, we aim to prove that working toward sustainability does not come at the expense of product quality, customer satisfaction, or growth. How? By pushing ourselves to waste less, operate our facilities more efficiently, and limit our greenhouse gas footprint. (We also offset our carbon emissions to ensure that we’re carbon-neutral across our operations.)

Customers

Each and every day, our team aims to create high-quality products and deliver remarkable experiences that delight our more than two million customers. In 2025, we launched Advisor, a first-of-its-kind tool that makes tailored product recommendations based on a customer’s facial measurements and style preferences. We also announced a landmark partnership with Google and Samsung to develop AI-powered glasses for all-day wear, providing customers with instant context and insight as they navigate the world.

Employees

Warby Parker wouldn’t be where it is today without every one of its team members. As we grow, we stay true to who we are by working to develop a team that’s high-performing, well-rounded, and thoughtful—one where everyone feels respected, valued, and equipped with the right tools to be successful.
Highlights from 2025: 2,316 new team members, 3,100+ volunteer hours, 540+ team members attended One Vision Summit.
