Promotional code is good for only one (1) time use for one (1) pair of prescription glasses or prescription sunglasses purchases, and expires on the date listed on the mailer. The promotional code value must be used in one single transaction and any unused balance will be forfeited. This offer is non-transferable and intended for use by the original recipient. The promotional code cannot be (i) redeemed for cash; (ii) applied to previous purchases, services, gift cards, accessories, contact lenses, taxes, shipping charges, or processing charges; (iii) split across multiple orders; or (iv) combined with other discount codes, including associate discounts or in-network insurance benefits. Any out-of-network insurance reimbursement will be at the discretion of the insurance provider and will be limited to amounts actually paid.
