Follow the steps below
Save on average $100 on prescription glasses and $40 on eye exams. (This may vary by plan.)
- Complete your purchase at full retail price (and get reimbursed later).
- Be sure to follow your vision plan’s instructions for requesting out-of-network reimbursement.
- Obtain an itemized receipt (either from your account or by contacting us)—don’t forget to attach it to your claim.
