Even if we’re not in-network with your carrier, you can still use your benefits to save on glasses, contacts, and eye exams.

Purchase your eyewear or get your eye exam
Complete your purchase at full retail price (and get reimbursed later).
Download (and fill out) a claim from your carrier’s website
Be sure to follow your vision plan’s instructions for requesting out-of-network reimbursement.
Submit the form to your carrier with your itemized receipt
Obtain an itemized receipt (either from your account or by contacting us)—don’t forget to attach it to your claim.
