  • Cut but not great

    I just got mine and they are pretty heavy on my face. They slide down constantly and don’t stay on my head well. Not overly excited . Sunlight comes over the top and in the sides likes I’ve never experienced with sunglasses before.

  • unfortunate experience

    I purchased frames on September 4 in preparation for a trip. I was planning to leave on the 14th so there was plenty of time to get my order store -however it was ordered incorrectly. In addition to that, nobody contacted me to tell me that my insurance didn't go through because they were not supposed to apply it to both pairs. I never got my glasses before my trip. In order to avoid any more confusion, I was specific in my email requesting that the glasses be sent to my home not to my place of residence while traveling... The prescription was filled incorrectly, All they had to do was duplicate my existing prescription, but they took away the Ulta lightweight glass option and so I had to return that pair. The next couple of pairs did not pass inspection so they did not arrive in time for me to receive them in the place. I was staying. It was a nightmare experience to have to deal with while traveling

    I have been a customer for a few years. My recent purchase was a pair of prescription sunglasses. It took three times to get them right. I believe the first issue was theirs but there was also a problem with the prescription that I gave them. Staff was always professional and I am pleased with their guarantee.
