    All businesses should run this way. Their prices are fair, their service is superlative and they are gracious and friendly. AND they do not upsell you. I have insurance that covers glasses once a yer from another provider. Warby Parker was cheaper than they were, even after their coverage, Plus they filed the paperwork with my insurance company to get the covered amount reimburse.

    The frame is fine but the staff person waiting on me was terrible, stopped while she was waiting on me and took 2 other customers while I waited in front of her at the checkout and said I was ready to check out. Very poor customer service!

  • Great glasses, broken on arrival

    I love the frames, they look great on, fit well and are just what I was looking for. However, I ordered on line and they arrived with one of the temple pieces cracked and bent right at the joint of the gold tone hinge, I am concerned this may be a weak point that will break easily again in the future. As far as getting them repaired, after confirming the damage, the associate on line directed me to the brick and mortar store. Going to the store is possible but inconvenient and why I ordered on line in the first place. It is now over 3 weeks since I received them and I have not been able to get to the store. I would have given these glasses 5 stars except for the broken temple and the inconvenience of taking them for repair.
