  • DISAPPOINTING DELAY BUT NICE GLASSES

    I love my new frames I hate how long they took to get to me. I had bought several pairs at WP before and had great experiences. This time it was disappointing how long I had to wait and customer service was not helpful. They just said it was because of an update in the lab. I would have expected a rebate or something for the delay. NOTHING.

  • Lost glasses

    On May 28, 2025, I purchased the Beale in Rosemary Crystal with transition lenses. Most cost after insurance coverage was $150. Ten days later I was notified the glasses were delivered however two day later they still hadn't arrived. A Warby Parker employee had an incomplete address and they were returned without notifying me. I called in and placed a new order and had them shipped to City Centre store in Houston. They arrived for pickup on June 18th. Because no compensation was given for the inconvenience, I cannot give a 5 star rating. This was unprofessional by only offering a percent off on the purchase of another pair. Warby Parker needs to rethink this policy.
