  • SHIP YOUR GLASSES TO THE STORE

    SHIP

    The eye exam, the staff and the selection of frames were all excellent. SHIPPING, HOWEVER, IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT have the glasses shipped to your home. Have them shipped to the store otherwise you'll go through the nightmare I did when my glasses were addressed correctly but delivered to a different place. I canceled the glass and reordered. Requested they be delivered to the store. I received them at my home AND I received another pair at the store. SHIP YOUR GLASSES TO THE STORE and you shouldn't have any problems. They need to hire a new shipping service because the one they have SUCKS.

    I got these frames a couple weeks ago and I LOVE them! They only had the frame I liked in wide, but I checked the measurements and it was only 3 mm longer than my previous frames. I got them in and they fit beautifully! The virtual try on is very accurate to size so you can get a good idea of how they will look on your face. I’m in love!
