    I have had a horrible experience with Warby Parker. I'm so surprised as I'd heard good things and the sales attendant was lovely and efficient. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and still haven't received one. After 2 weeks, I checked in and apparently my order wasn't processed. I made arrangements to have them shipped to 2 locations since it was delayed. Two frames took an additional 2 weeks even though I was told they would be expedited and I haven't received the 3rd pair. I called, was told they were being reshipped, but nothing. The tracking system has been completely inaccurate. Super frustrating.
