    I have to say, I have mixed feelings. I originally bough t the frame from a sales associate who simply wrote me up and sent me on my way. I had terrible trouble seeing not all of which was a function of the line (see below) and when I came back, I discovered from a different associate that because I needed a narrow frame and ha purchased a wider frame, the line for my progressive lenses was in the wrong place. This superb associate fitted me for the correct size and now I am very happy. I believe this suggests that not all associates are equally trained/ competent and this is troubling.

  • Big Compliments for the Bronte!

    I really love these frames! They are so cute and comfortable. They fit nicely on my face, and they are good quality. I have a very strong prescription with prisms, so I often struggle with glasses, but these are so easy to see out of and wear all day long! I also was very impressed with the customer service Warby Parker provided me on my order and in-store when making adjustments to ensure these frames fit perfectly!

  • Glasses might be great but I wouldn't know. Never

    I can not write a review for the glasses because they were never received. I reached out to Warby Parker and I was dismissed with a everything is fine. Everything is not fine. These glasses have been sitting at a status of waiting to be picked up by carrier since October 2. I ordered two pairs on September 20th and haven't received either pair. I don't call that fine, and while I can't review the glasses. I give Warby Parker customer service a 1 star. I'm very disappointed, and I have not been treated quite as condescendingly by any customer service as I was by your customer service when I inquired about my glasses.

    I love the all the options that it was so hard to pick just one. I decided on this frame since I haven’t bought that color yet and the fit is great I have pretty bad eyesight and Warby was able to accommodate my prescription and made the lens fit perfectly into the frame
