    Great quality, so cute, and fit perfectly. I can’t remember the employee that helped me in the store but she was so kind and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed in order to purchase online.

  • Haven’t even received them after a month!

    Still haven’t received them. I ordered on 11/2 and they must have been lost in the mail (it’s now 11/25). I called customer service and they are “expediting” another pair to me.. but the “expedited shipping” is really the same length of time as the original estimate. It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have glasses. Not to mention, the store employees were not very friendly when I initially went in and picked out frames. Overall disappointed with Warby.

    The new frames are great. I had to take them in for an adjustment, but they fit great now! Lightweight and very attractive!
