I fell and my glasses went shooting across the cement floor. I called Zack at the Greens, Warby parker store and since I had these only a short time Zach nspected my lens and then ordered me a new pair. Thank you Zach.

  • Too Expensive, Should Have Gone Back to Costco

    Vivian

I bought this frame 3 weeks ago. Especially like the clarity of lenses and blue photochromic response to sunlight. However, I wish the lightweight frames were stronger like titanium because they bend easily and I need them adjust them once a week.

The quality of frames is definitely worth the price! I had a great experience, walked in with my prescription and walked out with my glasses ordered in under 30 mins! Exceptional experience!

  • Order not received

    CynHar

I wish I knew, but have not received them yet! According to Warby Parker they were “lost in the mail”, even though the status indicated “Awaiting Carrier Pickup.”

  • Wasting a lot of time for a new replacement.

    Robert

I bought 2 sets same prescription, 1 reg, 1 sunglasses. Sunglasses had a smear between the layers. Drove 4hrs to the closest store. There making a new pair, but I have to drive back 4hrs when ready instead of sending like I bought in the beginning.
