I worked with Bryant in Orland Park and he was great. He explained everything, double checked my measurements and sized everything perfectly. He helped me with many frames and was patient as I chose the best fit and look. And I love the glasses and lenses, plus they were a lot less than a purchase from another retailer earlier in the year

Warby Parker Lost Our Order

We went in to the store, ordered my sons glasses, paid for them and waited to receive them. They never arrived. After nine days, I called and customer service said they didn’t have the order. I checked my credit card statement. They were billed correctly, but four days later, my statement, showed where Warby Parker credited my card back. They cancelled my order and never told me. I had to drive out to the store and I showed them the two screen shots of my credit card statement. They had no idea what happened. I never received a call, text or e-mail telling me, your son’s glasses are not coming. Really, really bad customer service. To this day, no one at Warby Parker knows what happened, but they reordered and my son finally received his glasses. I understand things happen. It was the fact that we waited and waited and no one ever told us they were cancelled.

The crane frame in wide has always been a favorite of mine. Its rectangular shape is perfect for my round face. The two tone look is very retro and makes me look like a college professor (so I’m told). Lol
