I ordered my distance glasses and keyboard/music reading glasses a few months ago. I promptly lost my keyboard daily glasses and while on a work trip to DC, i walked into a Warby Parker store in a mall next to my hotel. The staff was outstanding from the moment they met me until the moment I ordered a replacement pair. I really like my glasses and get compliments from young professionals asking me about them. These frames fit my face perfectly. I also got Transitions lenses because I grew tired of having both sunglasses and regularly glasses. No, they aren't a substitute for sunglasses if you REALLY need sunglasses ... like hanging around the beach or on a boat. But for those like myself who are just outside a fair bit it's perfect.
Oh, the customer experience at the Warby Parker retail outlet (in Fort Lauderdale) was excellent, as always. And the glasses were shipped faster than promised, only in about a week.
