  • Worth 4 days of pain in the butt

    Have purchased here many times. The MOST important thing about buying WP glasses, is that half of their inventory has the best hinge in the industry!! It’s a 5 leaf hinge that is indestructible!! The cheap hinges on all of the other pairs , don’t last long and break off! Took me 4 days on the phone to find out which frames have the good hinges. With no technical department, it was hard to explain. But God bless the supervisor that finally understood my hinge questions ,She was Great

  • Great glasses at a great cost, until you upgrade.

    It's a good product. Glasses are of high quality, fit well, and the lenses have a lot of clarity I didn't have with my last pair. But, I think the $100 prescription glasses promotion is misleading. The cost to upgrade those with progressive lenses added $300 to the cost. Making my prescription glasses $425, far more than $100. It's still a good value, but misleading I think.
