I love these frames. A team member helped me to pick them and they are perfect to add volume to my face which is oval and thin. I like that they’re a good presence but not too thick. I got the maple tortoise to contrast my fair skin and I’ve just really enjoyed the whole experience from eye exam to buying to wearing.

Wow, and not in a good way

I treated my daughter to an eye exam and two new pairs of glasses at the One Louden location in Virginia. The doctor and entire staff in the store were lovely, but when the glasses arrived in the mail, one lense on each pair was blurry and she couldn't see out of it. She lives in another state where they don't do eye appointments, so I basically wasted $300 and a morning of her visit for nothing. I have bought multiple pairs of glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker and they were great, so I don't know what happened, but I am frustrated.
