Love how lightweight the frames are and that they fit without returning to the store for adjustments.

  • The cost, fit, customer service amazing

    Jhs79

I bought the Heyward a few weeks ago. It was a toss up between this frame and another one. Navy blue or white and I picked Navy blue. I hope to go back in a few weeks and get the other frame in sunglasses or maybe that orange frame that’s also calling my name. Face it! There’s a lot of great choices and you can’t go wrong.

  • attractive frames

    LGW63

I like the frames and the way they fit. It's a 3 star rating because I could not actually purchase corrective lenses from Warby Parker as they only make progressive lenses which I can't use.

  • Love my Warby Parker glasses.

I bought this frame a month ago. I prefer the light weight frames. The prescription is spot on and the transition lenses work well. Customer service at International Mall in Tampa is great.

  • Not a great experience on multiple fronts

    Not so hot

I bought the frames in December and they were quite late in arriving. I had explained to the Optometrist at WP that my eyesight had seemed to be improving and that my current classes were working perfectly. She instead changed my prescription and sure enough I could not wear them. Had to bring them back to be reverted to my original prescription. She was quite snotty about it. Sooo, as long as I was there I asked the reps in front to adjust the fit which they declined to do. So after I finally got the corrected lenses back, I had to go back to the store to have them adjusted. When she asked me what I wanted done, I said the frames needed to be adjusted. A minute or so later, "What did I want done"... and when I pointed out that I had just told her got a dose of snarky attitude. Really??? And, just why couldn't they have adjusted them originally?

  • Another pair of Warby

    ohrunners

I admit I am a Warby exclusive compulsive glasses lover. I bought this frame while I was in Houston so my DIL could help me with choices. I wish it came in narrow but decided the medium was ok. Like the style and the bigger field of vision. Please make a green wire frame in Narroe

    Cjh02

The frame fit perfectly. I do wish they had flexible temples because sometimes I am clumsy pulling them off. I like the way they fit my face and thanks for letting me exchange the original frames I picked out for these at no extra char
