  • Nice style but the quality…

    This is my first pair of WB glasses. Orders online and received 3 weeks ago. Initial impressions were that they are light and comfortable. However., the left screw fell off completely and the lense is detaching from the frame. I called my nearest store and was told to bring it in and that they will fix it. Iit’s been 4 days and unfortunately I haven’t had time to drop by the store yet. Hopefully they will be able to fix it without issue. It’s just disappointing that this happened after wearing only for 2.5 weeks. :(

    Fit is great, as well as the blue light filter. But I had my new glasses less than two weeks when one lens became loose within the frame. It was loose because the screw on that side had come out at some point and was lost.

    I really love these glasses! They are high quality and fit my face exactly as they did using the online filter tool. I also really appreciated how fast Warby Parker was with verifying my prescription and they seemed very committed to making sure all of the other eye measurements were correct!

  • Disappointed

    My lenses scratched on 1 year old glasses. The frames are in perfect condition. I  would not use my old frames . This would save the customer money  And benefit the environment
